3.1 Program Description. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Faith Forged Designs for customer care and account notifications, including order updates, shipping confirmations, and custom order status updates at the phone number you provide.
3.2 How to Opt In. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or homepage opt-in form and submitting your phone number. Enrollment constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages.
3.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your order activity and account status. You may receive messages when orders are placed, shipped, delivered, or when your custom order is ready.
3.4 Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your plan's messaging rates.
3.5 How to Opt Out. You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us. You may re-enroll at any time by submitting a new opt-in request.

3.7 Supported Carriers. The SMS program is available through major US carriers. Carrier support may vary and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.8 No Third-Party Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing use.
By placing an order through Faith Forged Designs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions. Free shipping applies to orders over $99 within the contiguous United States; this threshold and offer are subject to change.
Custom laser-engraved orders are made to order and are generally non-refundable once production has begun. By submitting a custom order request, you represent that you have the right to use any logos, names, or designs you provide and that such use does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You assume full responsibility for the content of custom orders.
Our return and refund policy is available on our main store at faithforgeddesigns.com. Custom and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item at contact@faithforgeddesigns.com.
