Artists retain full ownership of their music uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant The Sound System a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, stream, and promote your content within the platform.
The Sound System is a faith-based platform. All content — whether uploaded by artists or shared by users — must align with our community values of uplifting, inspiring, and strengthening faith. We reserve the right to remove any content that does not meet our standards without notice.
Certain features of The Sound System require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial, after which your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
