These Terms of Service govern your use of the DDD Journaling website and services operated by Toshia Blake. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
DDD Journaling creates and sells custom Christian journals for women and children. All journals are made to order. By submitting a contact form or placing an order, you are initiating the custom order process.
All orders are custom-made and require approval of a design proof before production begins. Payment is due prior to production. We will communicate order details, timelines, and pricing directly with you via email, phone, or text message.
Because all journals are custom-made to order, cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once a design proof has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us at deem227@gmail.com with any concerns.
Program Description: DDD Journaling offers an SMS notification program for customer care and account notifications, including order updates, shipping confirmations, and new journal availability.
How to Opt In: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and providing your mobile phone number.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP to any text message or email deem227@gmail.com for assistance.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All journal designs, graphics, and content created by DDD Journaling are the intellectual property of Toshia Blake. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.
DDD Journaling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
